JOE MELVIN HOUSE, 61, Laurel Oaks Drive, Winter Springs, died Sunday, April 25, 1999. Mr. House was an independent tire and wheel broker. Born in Sterling City, Texas, he moved to Central Florida in 1965. He was a member of St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church. He was a member of National Tire Association. He was an Army veteran. Survivors: son, Joseph J.P., Orlando; daughter, Heather R. Schoenrock, Atlanta; brother, Don, Texas; sisters, Marcella Murphy, San Antonio, Lita Letourneau, Audrey Walraven, both of Odessa, Texas, Elsie Page, Midland, Texas; mother, Ina Abernathy, Texas; brother, H.W.
